Annapoorna is committed to making its online ordering experience accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.

1. Standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

2. Measures we take

Semantic HTML with labelled form fields and error messages associated to their inputs.
Keyboard operability with visible focus for interactive controls, including checkout and the staff tools.
Colour is not used as the only means of conveying information; we aim for sufficient text contrast.
Responsive layouts that reflow at high zoom and on small screens.
Alternative text and context for meaningful images and QR codes.

3. Ongoing effort & limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort and some content may not yet fully conform. We test with automated tools and keyboard navigation, and we welcome reports so we can prioritise fixes. We do not claim full ADA/Section 508 certification based on automated testing alone.
